How can I subscribe?
Simple. Choose a monthly subscription plan and pay by a credit card. We will auto debit subscription fees every month - you can cancel subscription at any time
Does the subscription include health insurance?
No. Subscription fees does not include insurance. Our insurance team will review any existing insurance (if it exists) for critical coverage gaps. We recommend a supplemental insurance cover from our insurance partner and can process the transaction (an optional service). Insurance premium will be added to monthly subscription if you choose to take our recommended plan.
What happens to health insurance if I choose to discontinue subscription?
Parents subscribed to our 'preventive healthcare' plan get a special insurance coverage from our insurance partners. Insurance is embedded into the subscription and will be active as long as subscription is renewed.

How can I complain about a service?
We take customer complaints seriously. Please feel free to reach out to us even if there is a minor service level issues - we promise to burn the midnight oil to make things right. You can send us an email at complaints@askarvi.com and we will respond back the same day.
What is background of healthcare managers?
All our healthcare managers are trained professionals from pharmacy, dental, nursing or public health backgrounds. We recruit managers with experience in working at hospitals & clinics and who are passionate about offering personalized service to senior citizens.
What kind of background checks are done for healthcare managers?
We do extensive employer checks, KYC verification and local police checks. Our healthcare managers go through rigorous internal training on aspects of home-care, disease management and emergency support
Does the healthcare manager remain same or do they change?
Every customer will have a primary & secondary relationship manager. We realize that seniors don't trust people easily and don't want to see new faces everytime. Unless our manager exits the company or has a serious customer complaint against her, she will continue to be a single point of contact for parent. This will ensure consistency of service and increase trust of parent.
Will I have a direct access to healthcare manager?
